研究经历
- 基于第一性原理的电子结构和输运性质,研究方法包括能带展开,半经典玻尔兹曼方程, 有效电场镜面方法。研究体系包括硅烯的能带结构,银/硅烯/银多层机构的输运性质,石墨烯场效应管的输运性质;
- 基于GW近似的多体体系的能带性质,利用改进的GW近似计算方法,研究半导体和绝缘材料的带隙;
- 基于Alq3有机隧道结的理论研究,研究体系包括Alq3分子在金属表面的生长机制,金属与Alq3薄膜界面的分子动力模拟,以及Alq3磁性隧道结的输运性质。
专业技能
物理计算软件: VASP, Quantum ESPRESSO, Siesta/TranSiesta.
计算机语言: Fortran 90, C/C++, Python, MPI.
