On May 30, 2014, Prof. Albert Fert, France Academy, 2007 Nobel Prize in Physics, came to the Institute of Physics and gave a talk " the Spin-orbitronics: a new direction in spintronics" in Daniel C. Tsui’s Lecture. Then he visited the State Key Laboratory of Mangetism and discussed with some researchers and students.
