On March 25, the 2014 Beijing Science and Technology Prize conference was held.  Han Ciufeng and his team were awarded the 2013 Beijing Science and Technology Prize Physics for  the project of "nano-ring magnetic tunnel junction and basic research on novel Nano-ring of magnetic random access memory".
