The dedicated Lorentz TEM can not only characterize the basic microstructure such as morphology and diffraction et al. but also have peculiar advantages in the magnetic domain study. The resolution for magnetic domain is about 5 nm and the remnant magnetic field can be as low as 4-10 Oe due to the specially designed objective lens, which is perfect for the intrinsic magnetic domain study for both hard and soft magnetic materials. The Lorentz TEM is equipped with holography, low temperature holder, magnetic holder, electric holder and tomography holder, which provide comprehensive study on magnetic domain evolution at different experimental conditions.
